Everything started with one conviction.

In 2001, hospitality was already one of the world's most complex industries. Yet there were no consulting firms focused exclusively on helping hospitality businesses improve management, profitability and strategy.

XHO changed that. We became the first consultancy in Spain dedicated exclusively to management and business strategy for hospitality.
